Lisa L Hilton
Lisa was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She grew up in Oklahoma and Utah. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Russian. She currently works as a project manager for a State Department grant.
She is a founding member of the Cat Vacuuming Society of Northern Virginia. She enjoys fantasy and science fiction, but recent reading activity has focused on Victorian-era literature.
